\u00a0The lava stone used in the Hot Stone Tray collection is forged from the magma of the Italian volcanos Etna and Vesuvius. When molten rock erupts and comes into contact with the cool temperature of the air, the solidification process of the lava begins, creating lava stone. Lava stone is dark in colour with the appearance of a burnt rock.
